Welcome to sourcegrowth.com (the "Site"), operated by SourceGrowth ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What SourceGrowth is

SourceGrowth publishes research, data, and editorial content about international sourcing and staffing corridors, beginning with Pakistan. The Site is an informational research publication. It is not a marketplace, not a staffing agency, not an outsourcing consultancy, and — except where explicitly stated for a specific feature — not a transaction platform.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, customs, immigration, trade-compliance, financial, or other professional advice. Content is provided for general informational purposes only. Before making a sourcing, hiring, import/export, tax, or legal decision based on anything you read here, consult a qualified professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. We are not your attorney, accountant, customs broker, or advisor, and using the Site does not create any such relationship.

3. Data provided "as is," with dated methodology

Data, rates, benchmarks, and indexes published on the Site reflect information collected and calculated as of the date stated on the relevant page (see each page's stated refresh or "as of" date). Corridor conditions — wages, lead times, port congestion, tariffs, operating conditions — change, sometimes quickly. We do our best to keep data current and to date every figure, but:

• We make no warranty, express or implied, that any figure is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose at the moment you read it.
• Derived or modeled figures (for example, estimated outsourcing rates built from observed wage data plus a stated markup model) are estimates, not quotes, and are labeled as such on the page where they appear.
• You are responsible for independently verifying any data point material to a business decision before relying on it.

4. No warranty on third parties mentioned or listed

The Site may describe, list, or discuss providers, factories, vendors, or other third parties active in a sourcing corridor. Mentioning or listing a third party is not an endorsement, guarantee, warranty, or certification of that party's quality, legitimacy, financial standing, or fitness for your purposes — including where the Site uses the word "verified" (see the Data & Editorial Disclaimer for exactly what that term does and does not mean). We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any transaction, contract, or relationship you enter into with a third party you learn about through the Site.

5. Links policy

The Site may link to third-party websites, including provider websites, government resources, and news sources, for reference and attribution. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site. A link is not an endorsement of the destination site or its operator. External links may open in a new window and may carry nofollow/sponsored attributes where appropriate.

6. Referral relationships (Phase B — not yet active)

Current status: inactive. As of this Terms' effective date, SourceGrowth does not earn referral fees, commissions, or other compensation for connecting you with any provider, vendor, or service mentioned on the Site.

If and when this changes, we will activate a clearly labeled disclosure on any page where a referral relationship applies, consistent with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255): any page recommending or facilitating contact with a provider we have a compensated relationship with will say so, in plain language, near the recommendation — not buried in these Terms. This section will be updated to reflect the live mechanics once that feature launches, including how the relationship affects (or doesn't affect) which providers are shown.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's original content — research, written analysis, data visualizations, and methodology write-ups — is owned by SourceGrowth unless otherwise credited. You may reference and link to our published content with attribution. You may not republish, scrape, or redistribute substantial portions of our data or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Site's forms to submit false or malicious information; attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract Site data in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law; interfere with the Site's operation or security; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SourceGrowth and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content — including business decisions made using sourcing data, rate estimates, or provider information published here. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SourceGrowth harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use (this statement concerns future use only; it does not retroactively bind you to changed terms for past conduct, and it is not intended as a "continued use = consent" substitute for any disclosure that requires affirmative consent under applicable law).
